Adoption Assistance
Uniti provides assistance to all employees who are building families through adoption. The Uniti Adoption Assistance Plan will assist eligible employees with eligible adoption-related expenses; reimbursement may not exceed a maximum of $5,00 per adoption.
Educational Assistance
All permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees are eligible for educational assistance. Employees may receive a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for tuition and fees associated with job-related courses or non-job-related courses that are part of a degree program utilized by Uniti. Vocational, undergraduate, and graduate courses are eligible. Employees must receive a grade of “C” or better to qualify for reimbursement.
